1/How do you pack my goods ?

Your products will be packed in the carton box with anti-shock paper inside, then it will be repacked with wooden package outside. Kindly remind you that the volume of your cargo will be increased when being packed with wooden box.

2/Which information do you need to send the products to my place?

Please advise your address in details with your phone number, fax and email address. The phone number is mandatory. If your place has some ports, please mention the most convenient port for you.

3/Who will prepare the document of my products ?

We will make all necessary paperwork for you to take the cargo on arrival. These documents include: Invoice and Packing List (please advise if you need to change the price) Bill of Lading C/O (if any) Fumigation Certificate Insurance letter (if any) Packing declaration Culture Check (if any)

4/Do I need to pay for Certificate of Origin (C/O) fee?

It depends on the volume of your cargo and the purpose of your buying so that you can reduce the import tax, VAT tax when the cargo arrives at your country. Normally If your cargo volume is about 1CBM of general freight, you don’t need to get C/O .

5/Do I need to buy insurance?

If you would like to buy insurance, we will buy for you. Usually, the premium is 0.5% of your cargo value and the minimum fee is USD25. 6/Who will pick up the cargo and do customs clearance for us?

We will take your goods, repack and do customs clearance as well as put it on board as schedule.

7/What are the Minimum charge and the comments on your quotation?

The minimum charge is the lowest amount you have to pay for your shipment. If you have 1CBM with the rate 95USD/CBM and the Min is 195USD, then you have to pay 195USD. For some destinations as mentioned on Comment Column, Other Conditions beside the rate are required. For example, for all ports in North America you must pay AMS fee(Automatic Manifest System).Please check the comments. 8/What is the charge we pay here ?

All charges here are to send you cargo to the port of destination. When the cargo is at the arrival port, you have to pay the import handling fee,tax,trucking... -The charges from our side include: Export charges:Packing,trucking,customs clearance,docs fee C/O fee (if required) Culture check fee (if any) Fumigation fee: we offer free of charge. However, if your import authority need to rework, then you have to pay this charge at your arrival port Insurance fee (if required) Sea/Air rates

9/How can I get the information of my shipment ?

When the cargo is on board, we will send you all information (departure time, arrival time, relevant documents).You can also check the status of your cargo anytime by tracing on our website www.lita.com.vn and look at check your cargo status. We update this information all the time.

10/What should I do when cargo on arrival ?

Our agent will inform you the procedure to take the cargo. Normally, you are kindly requested to pay import handling fees, tax and duty, storage charge(if any)... When your destination is domestic port which needs to be transited from another port in your country, you have to pay the handling charge at that port because at your arrival port you will not have to pay these charge again.

11/How can I claim if my cargo is damaged ?

Please contact us and our agent to make sure your claim is resolved effectively. You can check our network in the website or document we advise you when the cargo is on board.
